How To Report Any Issue To Ncc




Ncc has given us the opportunity to report any defaulting network provider to them so that they would take appropriate actions against them.

If you have a problem with any of your network provider maybe your money was deducted illegally without your notice or your data was not complete when you bought it, or any kind of issue you have if you feel they are not serving you well you can report it to NCC for them to take appropriate actions.

Before you call them, 
 If you ever have an issue with your telecom service provider, call them and try to get it fixed. If there is no resolution, you can go ahead and dial toll-free customer care line which is 622. That’s the official customer care line for the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
