In though times like this,    NCC has given a mandate to  all GSM Companies to raise data bundle rates beginning from December 1st 2016.  This is quite bad ..  NCC believes that this is one of the ways they can generate revenues for the Government in this recession, They know that Nigerians cant do without buying data bundle,  so they decided to mandate all Telcos to hike  their data price.
