Network Providers With Poor Customer Service
I bring to you the latest about our various network providers,
There are mainly four network providers in Nigeria, of which we have new network provider which is Ntel. The network was introduced few months ago but they haven't been stable yet in terms of getting popularity and in terms of usage in Nigeria as a whole.
Firstly we would give a review on MTN
As long as I know, Generally MTN network has provided an excellent service to its customers. We made this review in terms of being loyal to there customers, the way they react to customers view or problem. You might have encountered problems with them but checking it generally the still remain the best despite few lapses in there data.
Secondly we choose Etisalat
Why? Because the are also loyal to there customers unlike MTN they react nicely even tho you are annoyed maybe about data zap or there about. Although one lapse with them is that they keep there data bundle price high.
Thirdly GLO
Sometimes I wonder why GLO won the best network with much subscribers, one problem with them is that they won't pick up your calls when you are in need or having a problem, you would have to wait for like many hours sometimes you get to drain your battery as if your calling someone owing you N10 000.
It takes time for glo to respond to there customers.. Tho they have a rich data which you can get for a cheap price.

They are good at hanging up when a customer is on call . well we would end it here
