It has been the talk of the town that mtn has joined whatsapp. That's true but are you ready to wait till it gets to your turn ?

• If you have a big problem for example , mtn deducts your money/airtime daily and you messaged them through whatsapp, it would take some time before that problem is rectified or for them to even read your message. They might not even read it at all because of bulk messages.
