How to backup contacts to SD card or memory card
Hope we all know about contact back up?.
To those who don't know I would explain.
Contact back up is a process or method of saving contacts online or offline for security reasons.
Reasons why people backup contacts
•To help restore it back once a device is missing.
•Back up for security challenges like virus etc.
Advantage of backing up contacts
• Once you have back up a contact in the future you would still see those contacts if you encountered security issues.
No need for asking people for there contacts saying your device is infected or lost.
There are methods by which contacts can be backed up.
1• Via your network provider.
2• via G-Mail
3• Via SD card (Memory card).
But I would be treating the last one which is free of charge.
The first method requires you to give some funds to your network provider to enable them save your contact for future reference on there server.
While the second requires you to save your contacts on your G-Mail account.
Now follow my steps to back up your contacts on your SD card.
Navigate to your android menu
=>>search for backup, launch it
=>> Click on personal data
=>>Select contact to back up
=>> select your folder name
=>Your contacts has been backed up successfully
Now to find the backed up contact,
On the other tab of that backup application, you would find "Restore" there you would find the backed up contact
Or
Navigate to file manager
Search for backup
There you would find the folder where you backed up your contacts.
I my next update I would show you how to back up that folder to server freely in case you have a lost memory card or phone.
I hope this helps.
