Open your video on Facebook you want to download.
Then copy the video link from the URL bar as seen on my screenshot







Now open this online downloading service downvids.com or en.savefrom.net.
Then past the video URL in the box and click on download button




If you want video in HD quality then simply tick the box before downloading link
Then downloading this video button will appear, simply right click on the button and save it

That's all, you can use these service to download video from Facebook.
